FAQs

  • Is Heyday a consignment store? No, Heyday is a collective of individual business owners. Each dealer has their own way of sourcing the wonderful items they sell. They may also have separate sales policies.
  • I’m downsizing and have some great pieces that I would like to sell rather than donate. Does Heyday buy items? As mentioned above, we are made up of about 18 individual vendors. Some vendors are open to buying and would be interested in seeing the items being offered. Please use our new Google Form to send photos, description/ history, and asking price. Keep in mind- a dealers decision to buy depends on a variety of factors, so there is no guarantee you will get a response.
  • Does Heyday hold items? Unfortunately, we cannot hold anything unless it is paid for. If you would like to purchase something, but can’t make it to the store, we do take payment over the phone.
  • What if I buy a large item and am unable to take it home right away? No worries- we are happy to keep it at the store for few days and can recommend a moving company if you need.
  • I bought a heavy piece of furniture that will fit in my car. Can whoever is working help me get it loaded? While some dealers may offer help, as a general rule it’s a good idea to bring someone with you if you need to load large items.
  • Does Heyday offer refunds? Due to the nature/ age of our inventory, returns are not accepted. Dealers will usually note any damage or defects on the tags and price accordingly. However, it is highly recommended you look over an item carefully before purchasing.
  • Is Heyday hiring? We do not have employees. All of our dealers work at the store to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Please let us know how we can help!
